This varies from campaign to campaign but we do find that it can take up to 3 months for a new account to really start to generate results. This is due to 2 reasons:

  1. The Facebook algorithm – Facebook uses its vast amount of data points to put your ads in front of the right person at the right time to take the desired action of the campaign. To do this it must obtain data to learn who will take that action and find more of these people. This takes time or a higher budget to feed the algorithm.2.
  2. Testing & Optimising – During this initial period, our team are also learning what is working and what isn’t and optimise the campaign manually as well. The more data the campaign generates the more we understand what works and continue to build and scale

No. Unlike other agencies that require you to write your ads and provide the graphics, we provide a done for you service. We have managed millions of dollars of advertising campaigns on Facebook and use this experience to develop ads that give your business the best chance of success on the platform. 

Your Account will be assigned a dedicated Client Success Manager, Digital Performance Manager, Graphic Designer & Copywriter who will get to know your brand and develop original creative content for your ads. Our team of experts work closely with you and you will always get final approval before we launch!

Facebook Ads are highly scalable which means you can start with a smaller budget and increase as you start seeing results. A smaller budget does however mean that the learning stage can take longer and also means we can do less testing. 

We recommend starting with a minimum of $1500 a month and you should also be prepared not to see a positive return on investment within the first 3 months. Although the majority of the campaigns we run do see a great result within the first month, there is a period of learning, testing and optimising which can take longer to perform. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee results and any agency that tells you they can is full of 💩..

While our goal is to get you as many conversions as possible, there are many factors that visitors take into consideration after the click that influence buying behaviour which are out of our control.

This can include your pricing or offer compared to the competition, website experience, trust (how many positive reviews you have), industry conditions, seasonality and many other factors.

If your business is not in a place to continue with our services, we simply require a 30-day notice period from when you would like to finish or pause your service with us. 

There are usually no setup fees outside of design assets like Landing Pages and Banner Ad Designs. 

The first two weeks of your first month with us is a setup period.

What this means is that there is no ad spend during the first two weeks, so your overall budget in the first month is lower than future months. However, you do need to consider that the first three months are a ‘get going’ period, so you won’t see the results we can produce for you overnight.

Potential Additional Costs:

Occasionally we come across clients whose Facebook Ad Account or Facebook page have been set up incorrectly or are facing issues with gaining access. In these scenarios, we will need to charge an hourly rate to troubleshoot and get the issues resolved so we can run your ads.

Our social team conducts a discovery session in the onboarding process so that we can let you know if anything needs resolving as soon as possible. At this stage, they will give you an estimate on the number of hours they think it will take to fix, however, sometimes unforeseen circumstances will cause this to take longer than expected, which is why we guarantee a maximum cost of $700+GST for 5 hours of troubleshooting.

Your monthly Facebook Ads management invoice will not begin until your ads are live.
